Important Notes
To enjoy the full rebate of RM X per month for 24 months, your customer account must remain active and not suspended throughout the period. Maxis will assign the rebate within the 2nd or 3rd month after successful installation.
The contract period is 24 months. Any termination within the contract period will impose Early Termination Charges based on the original Monthly Retail Rate Plan Price (RRP).
Once Maxis Business Fibre is activated, customers are not allowed to change (Upgrade/Downgrade) the package. If a package change occurs, an early termination penalty will be imposed.
